This document sets out all terms, rights, and responsibilities for using the tv66 platform — applicable to every user.

1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions become legally binding the moment you access or begin using the tv66 platform. Please read the entire document carefully. If you disagree with any part, stop using the platform immediately.

These terms constitute your complete agreement with tv66 and supersede all prior oral or written understandings. tv66 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time; continuing to use the platform after an updated version is published means you have accepted the revised terms.

2 User Eligibility

To use tv66, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You are of sound mind and capable of accepting these terms voluntarily.
  • You are not located in a jurisdiction where online betting is completely prohibited.
  • You are betting for yourself, not on behalf of anyone else.
  • You have not previously been voluntarily excluded from the platform.

tv66 reserves the right to verify age or identity at any time. An account may be restricted until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent closure of the account. All information provided at registration must be truthful, complete, and kept up to date.

3.2 Account Security

Keeping your login credentials (username and password) secure is solely your responsibility. Do not allow any third party to use your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify tv66 support immediately.

3.3 Account Closure

tv66 may suspend or permanently close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:

  • Any breach of these terms
  • Evidence of fraud, deception, or abuse
  • Providing false information
  • Unusual betting patterns or suspicious activity

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

Accepted methods for depositing funds at tv66 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the deposit. Applicable wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 Third-Party Transactions

Transactions using another person's account or payment method are strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the account will be suspended and the associated funds may be confiscated.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

tv66 complies with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards. tv66 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions and to conduct additional verification when necessary.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is available on the first deposit at tv66, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳42,000 earns a ৳20,000 bonus — total balance ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not the deposit). Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means you must complete ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

  • Each bonus offer is valid for a specified period only.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless otherwise stated.
  • If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.
  • tv66 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

When a bet is accepted, a confirmation message will appear in the tv66 system. tv66 reserves the right to cancel bets placed due to technical errors or incorrect odds.

6.2 Sports Betting

All sports markets will be settled based on the official results issued by the relevant sporting body. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded, unless the specific market rules state otherwise.

6.3 Casino Games

tv66's casino games are operated using independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair outcomes. Players participate voluntarily and results are entirely chance-based.

6.4 Technical Issues

tv66 is not liable for any loss caused by internet disconnection or device failure. If a connection is lost during a casino game, the system will automatically complete the process and determine the result.

7 VIP Program & Cashback

tv66's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Players can advance to higher tiers through regular betting and gaming.

  • Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
  • Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
  • Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Cashback is credited to the account each week. tv66 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel the VIP program terms at any time.

8 Responsible Gaming

tv66 believes gaming should be purely for entertainment. We encourage players to play safely and within their limits.

  • Do not bet more than you can afford.
  • Do not repeatedly bet in an attempt to recover lost money.
  • Do not treat gaming as a source of income.
  • Use our self-exclusion or limit-setting tools if needed.

9 Intellectual Property & Content Use

All content on the tv66 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases — is protected by tv66's intellectual property rights. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any content without prior permission is prohibited.

Users may use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Automated scraping, bots, or spiders are strictly prohibited.

10 Personal Data & Privacy

The platform uses SSL encryption to ensure the security of your financial information and personal data.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tv66 will not be liable for:

  • Games or bets cancelled due to internet disconnection
  • Disruption of third-party services (payment gateways, game software providers)
  • Force majeure — natural disasters, government orders, pandemics
  • Faults with the user's own device or network

tv66's total liability shall in no event exceed the relevant user's account balance.

12 Dispute Resolution

tv66 reviews all complaints in good faith and works to resolve them within a reasonable time. System logs and database records will be considered the final evidence in dispute resolution.

13 Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

Bangladesh's Public Gambling Act 1867 does not provide clear guidance on online betting. Users access the platform at their own legal responsibility and must comply with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to confirm the local laws of your location before using tv66.
